Hello everyone, welcome to the Blueheartsociety blog. The idea of creating a diving community in which we all work together, conscious of the environment and in a sustainable manner, has been talked about for some time. The poor condition of our reefs, the lionfish problem, the creation of a marine park are important subjects & the reasons for creating this organization, but unfortunately the news about the sharks was the tipping point & accelerated the process.
We want to gather ideas and develop projects to care for our blue heart, your ideas and your projects. Our wish is that this blog and website are open to all, and that you feel free to present ideas and to participate. The original idea for the site was more extensive, but the need to start fighting is immediate, and so this is a start. At the moment, I can only thank those who have made this possible and given their support – Kris, Ernesto and Sandra.
The purpose is to care for this fragile and beautiful ecosystem.
I look forward to your posts.
